Q: How can I reserve the group study room?

The library has one large group study room on the 2nd floor. Here are our policies:

  1.  The group study room is only available to current UST students, faculty and staff.
  2.  Groups of 2 or more only. Individual study rooms and booths are elsewhere in the library.
  3.  Reservations must be made online via the link below.
  4.  One person must provide their UST ID to check in to the room at the Circulation desk. Library staff will then unlock the room for your group.
  5.  Each group can book the room for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
  6.  Reservations can be canceled at the discretion of library staff.
  7.  Available hours are reflected on the reservation calendar and no exceptions will be made.
