To take a screenshot of the entire screen on your PC:
1.) Press the Print Screen button, usually located in the upper right-hand corner of a keyboard.
2.) Open an image/drawing program like Paint or a word processing program like Microsoft Word.
3.) Using the program's toolbar, find and click the "Paste" option. You can also paste by holding down CTRL and pressing the V button on your keyboard.
4.) In the toolbar, find and click Save As. Now you can name the file, choose where to save it, and choose the format of the file. To finish, click Save.
You can also take a screenshot of a single window. To do this, select the window you want and then hold down ALT and press Print Screen. Follow the rest of the steps above to paste and save the screenshot.
