The tutorial, "Plagiarism and Academic Integrity at UST," is located at http://libguides.stthom.edu/ustplagiarism

Certificates

When you have successfully completed the quiz with a score of 70% or better, you will be allowed to "Continue" to a certificate. Enter your name, then print the certificate.

If you need to print a certificate, be sure to do the tutorial on a computer with a printer attached. Or, see the instructions for an Electronic Certificate below.

You must use a computer with Adobe Flash Player to access the tutorial (no iPads). Adobe Flash Player is available for free at get.adobe.com/flashplayer.

Electronic Certificates

If you prefer to submit your certificate electronically and your instructor has given you permission to certify your work in this way, use your computer's screenshot tool to copy the image of the certificate. Then paste that image onto a document to send to your instructor.

With a Windows computer, you can take a screenshot using the Print Screen button and paste it to a Word Document or Paint file. With a Mac, press Command-Shift-3 to take a screenshot, then save it as a file.

If those methods don't work for you, try these instructions to take a screenshot with a Mac or these instructions to take a screenshot in various versions of Windows.

Follow your instructor's guidelines for turning in the screenshot image, whether by email or uploading the screenshot file to Blackboard.
